Save Time

Time is better spent on managing your business, not on updating and protecting WordPress

A Bug Free Site

A slow or broken site loses more than just your customers, it puts the integrity of your business on the line.

24/7 Monitoring

Problems happen at the worst possible time. Our monitoring services run 24 hours each day, every day.

Our team is proactive with your website and treats it as one of our own.

We are a small team that gets to know each of our clients. We’ll fix WordPress bugs, provide WordPress optimization, protect your site, run performance audits, keep daily offsite backups, and give you a weekly status report of your website traffic, plus more.

As a limited time bonus, we are also giving our current customers and new customers a FREE monthly report that will include fresh ideas to improve your WordPress website, bring in new traffic, and to help convert more visitors.

How it works?

Step 1: Sign up to get started and we'll setup a personal support portal for your website

We love getting to know our customers. Once you sign up, one of our WordPress support professionals will set a time for an introductory call or live chat so we can learn about your business and your website goals. We’ll also need to get your login credentials so that we can start on your site.

Step 2: We secure, protect and optimize your site

Once we have gathered your website information, we’ll set you up on our monthly maintenance system, including WordPress Optimisation, uptime monitoring, automated backups, daily security checks and more. Just sit back and relax and we’ll send you a monthly report.

Step 3: We're always there when you need us

Anytime you have a specific request needed for your site, simply email us or submit a request through your client portal, and we’ll get to work! Your request will be taken care of right away.
